   •    Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Custom or personalized items, such as charm necklaces and artisan jewelry pieces, may require additional processing time.

Shipping Options & Times


   •    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic).


   •    Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (domestic).


   •    International Shipping: Available to select countries with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days. Please note that international shipping times may vary based on customs.

Shipping Costs


   •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.


   •    Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $100 within the U.S.

Order Tracking


   •    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your items.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns


   •    We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.


   •    Due to hygiene standards, certain items like earrings and personalized pieces (including custom jewelry from our charm bar) are non-returnable.


   •    Seasonal items, such as holiday gifts and stocking stuffers, are eligible for exchange only.

How to Initiate a Return


   •    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@sheshepop.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your items.


   •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items received in error or damaged upon delivery.

3. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges


   •    We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability.


   •    Items like custom charm necklaces, 18K gold plated jewelry, and engraved pieces cannot be exchanged.

How to Initiate an Exchange


   •    To request an exchange, please contact us at info@sheshepop.com with your order number and the details of your exchange request.


   •    Once we confirm the exchange, please ship the item back to us in its original condition. You will receive a confirmation once the new item is sent.

4. Custom Orders & Special Requests

At SheShePop, we offer a variety of custom and personalized jewelry options, including items made from natural stones, toggle charm necklaces, and pieces from our charm bar. Please allow extra processing time for custom orders. Due to the nature of customization, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Product Care & Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our luxury charms, artisan jewelry pieces, vegan bags, and fashion accessories. Each item is crafted with care, using high-quality materials like 18K gold plating and sustainable metals. 6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or repair defective items at no additional cost.

How to Report a Damaged Item


   •    Contact info@sheshepop.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. We will provide next steps for a replacement or repair.
